By now, you are probably weary of reading about COVID-19. Even if this virus has left you and your loved ones untouched, it has affected your daily life in profound ways.
The most painful effect of COVID-19 for devout Catholics in the U.S. was the recent suspension of all public Masses. We are sorry for the spiritual loss you felt. It is never easy to experience a disruption in our spiritual lives.
But know this: while God does not wish for us to be without our usual devotions and spiritual consolations, He allows these deprivations to occur because He knows that they are opportunities for us to seek Him with greater determination—and to end up closer to Him than ever before.
Know this, too: we, the priests of Mission Tradition, will be remembering you and your intentions in each Mass we celebrate, every day. We pray not only for your bodily health, but also for your spiritual growth during this difficult time for all Catholics.
Thank you for your support of Mission Tradition. May God richly reward you for helping us bring the fullness of Christ to all corners of the world.
In Christ,
